If ever you wish to make any changes in the goods that you have ordered from our portal you are always allowed to make them within 3 days after the placement of your order.
If the goods have been delivered to you and you wish to exchange your article due to the mentioned reasons, you can exchange it with us without any delay, within 7 days after receiving your order.
Accepted Reasons for Exchange:
In case of a damaged article, you have to inform us about it within 24 hours, to claim for an exchange item for your purchased product, and the same article will be delivered to your door by means of our free home delivery service
Order Return Policy / Exchange
Any item purchased during Sale or on Discount is Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable.
If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, your new article will be dispatched right after the purchased article is received by our team. Shipment charges will be taken care of by the customer, in accordance to the exchange policy.
The goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.
We are unable to accept returns of articles purchased online at our Bed & Bath online store.
